With these add-ons, Everfit costs more at all three sizes. On the plan alone, Everfit is cheaper at 20, 50 and 100 clients ($49 against $69; $95 against $100.99; $140 against $149).

Moving from Everfit
- Put your client list in a spreadsheet of names and emails. Everfit's help center describes importing clients from a CSV, and a search of it for export turned up no client-list export.1415
- Save each workout as a PDF with Print Workout on a client's training calendar, as Everfit's help center describes.13
- Import the program files into CoachVana: each one is read into weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps, exercises are matched to the library and rest days are kept. Review and save to your library.
- Import the client file, match the columns once, and every client gets an invite carrying whatever details the file holds. Assign each one their program once they accept.
- Set up your plans on your Stripe account, then move each client's billing on the day their old subscription would renew, so nobody pays twice.
- Run both for two weeks, then cancel Everfit.

Questions about Everfit and CoachVana
- Is Everfit cheaper than CoachVana?
- At the base price, often yes at small rosters: 10 clients is $29 on Everfit and $45 on CoachVana. Add meal plans (from $39) and payments ($9) and Everfit is from $77 against CoachVana's $45, where both are included, and Everfit's processing rate and marketplace revenue share come on top.
- Does Everfit take a cut of coach payments?
- Everfit's published processing fee is 3.15% + 30¢ on US cards, Stripe's fee included, and clients who come through its marketplace carry a 15% revenue share for three months. CoachVana takes 0% on every client, marketplace-found included; only Stripe's standard rate applies.
- Can I move my Everfit programs to CoachVana?
- Yes. Print each workout to PDF from a client's training calendar and import the files: weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps are read and matched to the exercise library. Your client list imports from a spreadsheet of names and emails.
