Moving from Everfit
- 01Export your client list from Everfit as a CSV, and your programs as spreadsheets or PDFs (screenshots work too).
- 02Import the programs into CoachVana: each file is parsed into days, exercises, sets and reps, exercises matched to the library, rest days kept. Review and save to your library.
- 03Import the client CSV, map the columns once, and every client gets an invite with their intake answers attached. Assign their program in the same step.
- 04Set up your plans on your Stripe account, then move each client's billing on the day their old subscription would renew, so nobody pays twice.
- 05Run both for two weeks, then cancel Everfit.
