- How is a gym billed?
- $99 a month per location, plus each trainer's clients. Each trainer's book is priced on its own level, from $29 a month for up to 5 clients to $292.99 for up to 600, with the first 3 free for each trainer.
- Can trainers bill through their own account instead of the gym?
- Yes. The gym's owner picks one of two setups and can change it later. We cover our trainers: Every trainer's clients here are covered on this gym's bill, all on one invoice. Trainers pay their own way: Each trainer's clients are billed to their own account, and this bill stays the location fee. The invite page, on the web and in the Android app, tells a trainer which one applies before they accept.
- Do members need the app?
- No. A member opens your gym's link, or types its code, on any phone or laptop, then books classes, shows their pass at the front desk and pays dues from a free CoachVana account on the web. Members are not coaching clients and never count toward the client price.
- Can I bring my clients and programs from another app?
- Yes. A multi-week program or a meal plan imports from one spreadsheet, PDF, Word document or photo, using AI actions from your monthly allowance, and clients import from a CSV or Excel file with the details it holds.
