Your days are your own days
Workouts, check-in windows and the week's records are now counted on your calendar day, not the server's. An evening session no longer splits across two days.
Free groups on your public page
Post free groups that anyone with an account can join straight from your page. People who join are members, not clients, so your bill stays the same, and each one shows up in your leads.
A leaderboard for every group
Members earn points for training and for likes on what they post, and climb levels that never drop. You and your team are never ranked, and any member can hide from the board.
Categories, top posts and announcement-only groups
Sort a group's feed into categories, read its most-liked posts first, and switch a group to announcements only when you want to be the one posting.
Replies, likes and mentions in comments
Reply to a comment, like it, or mention a member by name. The person you answered hears about it once, and muted groups stay quiet.
Moderation for your groups
Hide a post or a comment, mute a member for a while, or remove someone and keep them out. Reports name the group and never the person who reported.
A weekly email for group members
Every Monday morning, in each member's own time zone, members get a short email of what happened in their groups that week. Quiet weeks send nothing, and one click unsubscribes.
Arrange your public page
Reorder and hide the sections of your public page, preview it at phone and desktop widths, and publish when it reads right. Edits save as a draft until you do.
Apply without making an account
Prospects can apply from your page with a name and an email. They answer your own questions, and they are told your answer comes by email.
Certifications, years coaching and a transformation gallery
Show your certifications and how long you have coached. Before-and-after pairs of a client appear on your page only after that client says yes in their app, and a withdrawn yes takes them down at once.
Sell a program on its own
Sell one of your programs for a one-time price on the web. The buyer gets their own copy to train from, the sale appears in Books, and a full refund ends their copy while keeping their history.
Clients book their own sessions
Turn it on and clients book one-to-one sessions in your hours, using a session from a package or their one-to-one plan with you. Cancel in good time and the session comes back; a late cancellation or a no-show uses it.
Recipes and a grocery list
Build recipes whose macros are worked out for you and update every plan that uses them. A client's plan turns into a grocery list by aisle for anywhere from one day to four weeks.
Scheduled messages and welcome sequences
Write a message or a broadcast now and send it later. Set up a sequence of messages, check-ins and programs that starts on its own when a new client joins.
The week, told back
A short recap of the week on the home screen, for clients and for coaches, on the phone and the web.
Calorie targets save themselves
Change a client's calorie or macro target and it saves after a moment, with no button to forget.
Barcode scanning reads the code you aim at
The scanner shows a window with a moving line, and only a barcode inside that window counts, so a second product on the counter is never logged by mistake.
Edit, unsend and react in messages
Edit a message for 15 minutes after sending it, unsend one at any time, react with one of six emoji, and see when the other person is typing in a one-to-one thread.
Every section has its own color
Training, nutrition, progress, messages, calendar and money each wear their own color and icon across the phone and the web, so you can tell where you are at a glance.
