Every PT Distinction alternative at these sizes

1. Put your client list in a spreadsheet of names and emails. PT Distinction's Learning Centre lists no guide to exporting clients or programs.⁵
2. Copy each program into a spreadsheet or a document, one row per exercise with its sets and reps, or photograph each program page.
3. Import the program files into CoachVana: each one is read into weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps, exercises are matched to the library and rest days are kept. Review and save to your library.
4. Import the client file, match the columns once, and every client gets an invite carrying whatever details the file holds. Assign each one their program once they accept.
5. Set up your plans on your Stripe account, then move each client's billing on the day their old subscription would renew, so nobody pays twice.
6. Run both for two weeks, then cancel PT Distinction.

Questions about PT Distinction and CoachVana

Is CoachVana cheaper than PT Distinction?

It depends on the roster. At 10 clients PT Distinction's Pro is $59.90 against CoachVana's $45; at 30 it is $71.90 against $69; at 50 Master is $89.90 against $100.99; at 75 it is $129.90 against $149. Both put every coaching feature in the plan. On CoachVana clients pay on your own Stripe account with 0% commission; PT Distinction takes payments through PayPal, or Stripe linked through Zapier.

Does PT Distinction charge extra for features?

Its pricing FAQ says no: all of its features are in every plan. What changes the bill is the roster, since each plan includes a set number of clients and charges for every client past them. CoachVana prices by client level instead, and a bigger roster only raises your bill once you confirm the new amount.

Can I move my PT Distinction programs to CoachVana?

Yes. PT Distinction's Learning Centre describes no export, so copy each program into a spreadsheet or document, or photograph it, and import the file: weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps are read and matched to CoachVana's exercise library. A spreadsheet of client names and emails imports the same way.
