Earn 30% for a year. Then 15% for as long as they stay.
Share your link with coaches. When one joins CoachVana and pays for a plan, you earn 30% of what we receive from them for their first 12 months, then 15% after that, paid to your bank every month.
How it works
- 1
Share your link
Post it, put it in your bio, send it to a coach friend. Every caption we write for you says you earn a commission.
- 2
They start free
CoachVana is free for their first 3 clients, with a 14-day free trial when they grow.
- 3
You're paid monthly through Stripe
Each commission is held 45 days, then paid on the 5th of the month once you have at least $25.
What you could earn
You would earn about
$5,219
- At 30%, in each coach's first year
- $4,742.44
- At 15%, after that
- $476.57
If you refer 2 coaches a month who each pay $45 a month, with 5% of them leaving each month, you would earn about $5,219 over 2 years.
In the last month, about 28 of the coaches you referred are still paying, earning you $315.26 that month.
An illustration with the numbers you chose, not a promise. Earnings depend on what the coaches you refer actually pay.
Who can join
CoachVana coaches
Your link works from the day your account is made. You earn on payments made while your own plan is paid.
Everyone else
Creators, educators and anyone coaches listen to: apply, and we approve you. You don't need a CoachVana plan to earn.
How payouts work
- $25 minimum. Below that, it waits for next month.
- 45-day hold on every commission, so a refund can be taken back before it's paid.
- Paid automatically on the 5th of each month (or the next US business day) through Stripe.
- US bank accounts for now. Stripe collects your tax details.
Questions about the program
- Who can earn?
- CoachVana coaches get a link automatically from the day their account is made, and earn on payments made while their own plan is paid. Anyone else, such as a creator or an educator coaches follow, applies on this page and is approved by our team. You don't need a CoachVana plan to be an affiliate.
- How much do I earn?
- 30% of what CoachVana receives from each coach you refer for 12 months from their first payment, then 15% for as long as they keep paying. If you're a coach, you earn while your own plan is active.
- What counts toward it?
- What the coach pays for their plan, add-ons and, for a gym or company, the monthly organization fee, after refunds, discounts and taxes. For a plan bought through Apple, what we receive after Apple's fee. One-time purchases don't count.
- What does the coach I refer get?
- CoachVana is free for their first 3 clients, with a 14-day free trial when they grow. They pay the same prices as everyone else.
- When do I get paid?
- Each commission is held 45 days. On the 5th of every month we pay everything that's ready, once it adds up to at least $25. Payouts are automatic; there's nothing to request.
- How do I set up payouts?
- Inside CoachVana you set up a Stripe payout account. Stripe hosts the form, checks your identity and collects your tax details, and may send you a 1099-NEC for the year. Payouts go to US bank accounts for now.
- What if a coach I referred gets a refund?
- The commission on that payment is taken back. If it was already paid to you, it comes out of what you earn next. We don't ask you to repay it unless there was fraud.
- How long does a referral last?
- For as long as the coach keeps paying. A link someone tapped is remembered for 60 days before they sign up, and a coach can type your code in for 30 days after. Once their account is linked to you, it stays linked.
- Do I have to say I earn a commission?
- Yes. The FTC requires it whenever you share your link, in the post or message itself. Every caption and graphic we make for you includes it.
- Where can I promote my link?
- Your own social posts, paid social with the disclosure, newsletters, podcasts and gyms. Not allowed: bidding on CoachVana in search ads, coupon and deal sites, paying or rewarding people to sign up, spam, and referring yourself.
