The plan plus what a working coach adds to it: meal plans, automation, taking payments and AI, at 20, 50 and 100 active clients, billed monthly. The Trainerize column quotes Trainerize's own pricing and help pages as of October 14, 2026; where it does not publish a price, the cell says so. • Card processing on each payment

  CoachVana

  Stripe's standard processing fee on your own Stripe account. CoachVana adds 0%.

  Trainerize

  Stripe's fees for your country come out of each payment; the help center's sample rate is 3.15% + 30¢. No Trainerize commission is stated.³

1. Export your client list from Trainerize as a CSV. Its help center says the file holds first name, last name, email, phone and trainer name, with no history or programs.⁹
2. Save each program as a PDF with the Print option in Trainerize; its help center says workouts and programs cannot be exported any other way.⁹
3. Import the program files into CoachVana: each one is read into weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps, exercises are matched to the library and rest days are kept. Review and save to your library.
4. Import the client file, match the columns once, and every client gets an invite carrying whatever details the file holds. Assign each one their program once they accept.
5. Set up your plans on your Stripe account, then move each client's billing on the day their old subscription would renew, so nobody pays twice.
6. Run both for two weeks, then cancel Trainerize.

Questions about Trainerize and CoachVana

Is CoachVana cheaper than Trainerize?

At the base price they are close at small rosters. The difference is the add-ons: Trainerize's meal planner is $20 to $45 a month and Stripe payments are $10 a month on Grow to Pro 200, so a coach with 30 clients who wants both pays $134 a month against CoachVana's $69, where both are included.

Does Trainerize have nutrition tracking built in?

Yes, macro, calorie and meal-photo tracking are native. The meal-plan generator (Smart Meal Planner) is part of a separate paid add-on. On CoachVana, tracking, meal plans and plan import are all in the one price.

Can I move my Trainerize programs to CoachVana?

Yes. Save each program as a PDF with Trainerize's Print option (its help center says programs cannot be exported otherwise), then import the PDF: it is read into weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps and matched to CoachVana's exercise library. The client CSV Trainerize exports carries names, email and phone, and imports the same way.
