With these add-ons, TrueCoach costs more at 20 and 50 clients. TrueCoach does not publish a price at 100 clients.

• Card processing on each payment

1. Export your clients from TrueCoach's client list; its help center says the CSV arrives by email with names, email, phone, height, weight and more.¹⁰
2. Save each program as a PDF with Print Workouts, or as a text file through a client's export tool, as TrueCoach's help center describes. CoachVana's importer takes both.¹¹
3. Import the program files into CoachVana: each one is read into weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps, exercises are matched to the library and rest days are kept. Review and save to your library.
4. Import the client file, match the columns once, and every client gets an invite carrying whatever details the file holds. Assign each one their program once they accept.
5. Set up your plans on your Stripe account, then move each client's billing on the day their old subscription would renew, so nobody pays twice.
6. Run both for two weeks, then cancel TrueCoach.

Questions about TrueCoach and CoachVana

How does TrueCoach's 5% fee compare with CoachVana?

TrueCoach's help center describes a flat 5% processing fee on every invoice, and it is the whole card-processing charge. On $5,000 invoiced across 30 monthly charges that is $250 a month. On CoachVana clients pay on your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard US card rate (2.9% + 30¢ a charge), which is $154 on the same charges, and CoachVana adds 0%. The difference is $96 a month, or $1,152 a year, before either subscription.

Does TrueCoach have its own food database?

TrueCoach's pricing page describes its nutrition tracking as the MyFitnessPal integration, and its help center says coaches set calorie, macro and fiber goals that clients log in the TrueCoach app or through MyFitnessPal. Neither page describes a food database of TrueCoach's own. On CoachVana clients log in the same place they train, against targets you set in grams, with a database of 404,172 foods.

Can I move my TrueCoach programs to CoachVana?

Yes. Print each program to PDF, or export it as a text file, then import it: weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps are read and matched to the exercise library. Clients import from TrueCoach's client CSV, with the details it carries.
