CoachVana at 30 clients is $69, and the same charges at Stripe's standard US rate (2.9% + 30¢) cost $270, for $339 a month.¹³

With these add-ons, CoachRx costs less at 50 clients ($79 against $100.99). With these add-ons, CoachRx costs more at 20 and 100 clients. On the plan alone, CoachRx is cheaper at 50 clients ($79 against $100.99).

Every CoachRx alternative at these sizes

1. Export your clients from CoachRx's Clients page with Export All (CSV); its help center says the file can carry names, emails, coach, status, dates, profile fields, tags and billing fields.¹⁷
2. Export each client's workouts from their calendar as a PDF or a text file, sent by email, as CoachRx's help center describes. CoachVana's importer takes both.¹⁸¹⁹
3. Import the program files into CoachVana: each one is read into weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps, exercises are matched to the library and rest days are kept. Review and save to your library.
4. Import the client file, match the columns once, and every client gets an invite carrying whatever details the file holds. Assign each one their program once they accept.
5. Set up your plans on your Stripe account, then move each client's billing on the day their old subscription would renew, so nobody pays twice.
6. Run both for two weeks, then cancel CoachRx.

Questions about CoachRx and CoachVana

How does CoachRx's 2% platform fee compare with CoachVana?

CoachRx's help center adds 2% to Stripe's standard fees on client payments. In its own example of 30 clients paying $9,000 a month, that is $180 a month in platform fees, or $2,160 a year. On CoachVana clients pay on your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate and CoachVana adds 0%.

Does CoachRx have its own food logging?

CoachRx sets calorie and macro targets with its Macro Calculator, and clients log food in MyFitnessPal, Cronometer or MyMacros+, which sync daily totals into CoachRx.
