Every Hevy Coach alternative at these sizes

1. Put your client list in a spreadsheet of names and emails; Hevy Coach's help center lists no client or program export.¹⁰
2. Copy each program into a spreadsheet or a document, one row per exercise with its sets and reps.
3. Import the program files into CoachVana: each one is read into weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps, exercises are matched to the library and rest days are kept. Review and save to your library.
4. Import the client file, match the columns once, and every client gets an invite carrying whatever details the file holds. Assign each one their program once they accept.
5. Set up your plans on your Stripe account, then move each client's billing on the day their old subscription would renew, so nobody pays twice.
6. Run both for two weeks, then cancel Hevy Coach.

Is Hevy Coach cheaper than CoachVana?

On the plan alone, at small and mid rosters: 10 clients is $25 on Hevy Coach against $45 on CoachVana, and 30 is $90 against $69. At 75 clients it is $160 against $149. Hevy Coach lists training tools only; CoachVana's price also covers nutrition, meal plans, client payments, booking, forms and automations.

Can I take client payments or coach nutrition in Hevy Coach?

Its pricing and features pages list neither: clients pay nothing through Hevy Coach, and the product covers workouts, measurements, progress and chat. On CoachVana clients pay on your own Stripe account with 0% commission, and log food against targets you set in grams.

Can I move my Hevy Coach programs to CoachVana?

Yes. Copy each program into a spreadsheet or document and import the file: weeks, days, exercises, sets and reps are read and matched to CoachVana's exercise library. A spreadsheet of client names and emails imports the same way, and each client gets an invite.
