- What is CoachVana?
- CoachVana is fitness coaching software for online coaches, personal trainers, gyms and coaching brands. It combines client management, a workout program builder, native nutrition tracking, check-ins, messaging and payments in one platform: a web dashboard for coaches and a free iOS and Android app for clients.
- How much does CoachVana cost?
- Your first 3 active clients are free forever. After that it is $2 per active client per month with a $29 monthly minimum, capped at $149 per month per coach. Gyms and studios are $99 per month per location; a coaching company or brand is $99 per month. There are no locked modules and no contracts.
- Does CoachVana take a commission on what coaches sell?
- No. Clients pay on the coach's own Stripe account and CoachVana takes 0% of every sale, including clients who found the coach through the marketplace. Only Stripe's processing fee applies.
- Is nutrition tracking built in, or is it an integration?
- Built in. Clients log food in the same app they train in, against calorie and macro targets the coach sets in grams, with a 400,000-food database, a barcode scanner and AI meal-photo estimates. No third-party tracker is needed.
- Can I move my existing programs and clients over?
- Yes. Programs and meal plans import from spreadsheets, PDFs, Word documents or a photo of a printed sheet, with exercises matched to the library. Clients import from a CSV export, and their intake answers are kept.
- Is there a client app?
- Yes, on iOS and Android, free for clients. It carries their program, the workout player, nutrition logging, check-ins, progress photos, messaging and communities, and it syncs with the coach's web dashboard in real time.
- Can clients find me on CoachVana?
- Every coach gets a public storefront at coachvana.com/c/your-name and a listing in the marketplace at coachvana.com/explore, with plans, client reviews, free calculators and an application or waitlist button.
- Does it work for gyms and coaching companies as well as solo coaches?
- Yes. A gym gets memberships, classes, trainers and a front desk; a company gets a roster of coaches, staff, revenue split and white-label branding. Every coach inside either gets the full coaching platform.
